The framework consists of four phases with a ‘floating’ phase or function (EVOLVE) that controls and monitors the four delivery phases as depicted below:

What is Evolve?

Evolve is the core part of our delivery framework concerned with strategy, planning and performance. Evolve serves several purposes but its’ main objective is to ensure the delivery of robust workflows in a controlled manner. Its positioning in the centre of the model is to demonstrate that it has a role in the end-to-end process of implementing a workflow. Evolve is our terminology used in-house which you’re free to adopt, but it’s not mandatory assuming your business has similar functions to control these aspects of development projects.
